Carbon Fast: Day 7

I promised to post the daily guide to taking part in a Lenten Carbon Fast. Here is the installment for Day 7:

Say au revoir to standby. Check that all 

electrical equipment is switched off when not in use. 

The TV alone will save a hefty 20kg of carbon dioxide 

per year.
